Yoga Club

We conduct Yoga sessions for FYBTech students of all departments. Teach various Yogasanas and how to keep body physically fit. Help them learn how Yoga is beneficial in their daily life and also conduct exam about what have they studied.

 

Objectives
  1. The primary goal of a Yoga club is to provide students with a practice that enhances their physical health, flexibility, and strength while also supporting mental clarity, focus, and stress management. Yoga offers a holistic approach to wellness, helping students manage academic pressures and maintain a balanced lifestyle
  2. Yoga club often bring students together, creating a supportive and inclusive community where members can share their experiences, learn from each other, and practice together. It encourages teamwork, positive social interaction, and mutual encouragement among students of different backgrounds and fitness levels.
  3. The Yoga club aims to help students cultivate mindfulness, self-awareness, and personal growth. Through consistent practice, students can develop discipline, patience, and a deeper connection to their mind and body, leading to a greater sense of self-esteem and emotional well-being.
