ADMISSION REPORTING PROCEDURE for First Year B.Tech. – 2025-2026

Steps to be followed while reporting to college for admission as per www.maha-ara.org schedule:

1. Visit our website www.aissmsioit.org and click on Admission Form for F.Y.B.Tech.
2. Follow the instructions as given on the link, register yourself, fill all the details,
   upload all the required documents (as applicable), upload your image and
   then come to college along with all the original documents and 3 Photocopy
   sets of your original documents.

OR

If computer facility is not available with you then report to college along with the Soft copies of all your original documents (size less   than 200kb, pdf format) and fill the admission form in our Institute.

3. Bring softcopy of latest Passport size colored photograph of maximum size 300dpi in the jpg format, while reporting to Institute, and one hard copy of latest Passport size colored photograph for pasting on Admission Form.

9. HSC (12 Std.) Marksheet
10. SSC (10 Std.) Marksheet
11. Leaving /Transfer Certificate
12. Indian Nationality Certificate
13. Domicile Certificate
14. Aadhar Card
15. Birth Certificate (if applicable)
16. Migration Certificate (if applicable)
17. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
18. Caste Validity Certificate (if applicable)
19. Non Creamy-layer Certificate (if applicable)
20. Income Certificate (if applicable)
21. EWS Certificate (if applicable)
22. Defense Certificate , Def.1, Def.2, Def.3(if applicable)
23. Fathers Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
24. Physical Handicap Certificate (if applicable)
25. Gap Certificate (if applicable)
26. J&K Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
27. J&K Migrant Certificate (if applicable)
28. Bank Passbook
29. Other

NOTE: ALL STUDENTS ARE INSTRUCTED TO KEEP HANDY SCAN COPY OF ALL THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS. AS ONCE SUBMITTED, DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR SCANNING & PHOTOCOPY.

Also, students are requested to keep additional photocopy sets of all original documents for future need, as college will not provide photocopies or allow student to “borrow” original documents for photocopies, until the Government scrutiny process is completed.

6. Hostel accommodation is allotted on a “First come First serve” For any information regarding Hostel accommodation contact Mr. Neeraj Gaikwad Mobile no. 9421055660 for Boys hostel and Mrs. Supriya Raskar Mobile No. 9673465216 for Girls Hostel.
7. All the students are also expected to attend F.Y.B.Tech.. Welcome Address and Student Induction Program as per the schedule displayed on college website (aissmsioit.org)

9. All students should note that before leaving college campus/premises, you should have the following documents with you:
10. a) Admission Confirmation Letter b) College Fee Receipt.

After Diploma Programs/Courses for Working Professional (Over and Above Intake):

The Students have an option for any Minor Course offered by the other Department.
