Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) has approved the tariff of Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. (MSEDCL) – a Distribution Licensee of Maharashtra. The electricity tariff is applicable from 1 Apr 2020. The main feature of the tariff is introduction of KVAH billing. Power Quality Cell of Department of Electrical Engineering of AISSMS’s IOIT has prepared the summary of the new tariff (Refer attached file).
